Been doing business with this business(at least 3 different names on the front sign)......3-4 vehicles, and a lot of business with the service department... Seems like the customer service is starting to lag, in addition to the transparency of costs and time ... The service writers have always been able to get you solid information, but it seems like their hands have limited reach. I will be giving them more business to ensure that they, are hope to in a transition process.

I bought 2 vehicles last January from this dealership, 2020 Toyota Tundra & 2020 Rav4, and the sales department is 5 !!! However, in the last year of servicing my vehicle at this same dealership, I have been let down. The service department techs do not fill out the maintenance paper to indicate they checked TIRE PRESSURE whatsoever. It only shows tire tread. I've checked my tire pressure myself after receiving it back and it's usually high. Today I went for my 20,000 mile maintenance and the same thing occurred. The form was not filled out, indicating to me they did nothing. I feel that this is unacceptable when lives are literally hanging in the balance. I should be able to trust the service department with my safety and at this time, I do not. I've also contacted the service manager, Bill Fischer, and he has made excuses and not made changes. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with the service!!

When we purchased our first car from classic a few years ago everything was perfect went smoothly until we got into Finance numbers were changed amounts were changed we thought it was very untransparent so we left the owner contacted us, straightened everything out we we returned to purchase the car we then use their body shop for over 10,000 worth of body damage great experience 100% satisfactory our second purchase recently was a truck. We were happy with our salesperson it was a great experienc , everything went smooth until we got into Finance. That's where the payments were a little higher than we thought and we were told there was an error in our numbers and that they put down that we put 3000 down when we didn't put 3000 down a bunch of shuffling starts up and come to find out they put down we purchased a 3,000 warranty and 800 Gap protection policy that we knew nothing about not transparent at all. We contacted the dealer, and they seem sincere and straightened things up. We still have our truck and very pleased. it'seems only in financing that things become not so transparent at all.. if bonuses were not offered to these guys for selling these warranties, maybe this wouldn't be the case.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys!! I drove from Oklahoma City to look at a car and bought it! Bryan Hanna took good care of us and I will make that trek again for future car purchases. Thank you classic of Texoma for selling me a great car that I will be able to drive for many years. It was easy and fast and no one haggled or tried to up sell. I knew what I wanted and that’s what I got. I cannot say enough great things about this place!
