TLDR: I needed service early, they happily complied for a reasonable, timely cost. I'm incredibly happy with their service. I had just gotten back from a trip to Chicago, and walked out to my (other) car on Monday morning. My battery didn't start, and I was unsure of what steps to take. I actually had a scheduled appointment with Motor Solutions the following day (Tuesday 11/19), to replace the downstream o2 sensor. With this in mind, I called in and explained my situation. They told me to get it brought as soon as I could and they'd see what they could do. When I showed up to drop off the car, they were patient, understanding, and demonstrated thorough knowledge. I felt confident when leaving that my car was in good hands. My thought upon leaving was that I would be able to get a full diagnostic run and we would discuss what fixes to accomplish the following day (Tuesday). I hadn't heard anything until almost 4:30, and was ready to accept that they couldn't get to it that day, which was fine as I wasn't even scheduled until the next day. I received a call at 4:30, saying they ran the diagnostic and found that it was just the battery and the o2 sensors that needed to be replaced. After informing me of the issue, I expected a quote and time to come in tomorrow to do pick up, but was ecstatic to discover that they had already fixed the issues and I could do pick up that day (Because we had already discussed these issues, I had pre-approved work to be done). In addition, the cost of the fix was less than anywhere else in town that I could find (by over 100). Motor Solutions earned my business from here on out. I look forward to getting to know the guys better.
