I attended a training session with Chris today, the course was for 2 and a half hours and in that time I went from nervous to feeling confident in CPR, using a defib, putting someone in a recovery position and dealing with choking. Chris explained everything very clearly and gave context. The training was very hands on and the time flew by. I came out feeling like I'd done something worthwhile with my time and learned a great deal. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone requiring comprehensive and practical training.
Chris's training programme is one of the best I've been on. His style is engaging, he includes everyone and explains things thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn more about first aid - I left his course feeling like I could help someone.
