Hi I applied for a prepaid meter on the 11th of March 2020 and paid in full. I still do not have any meter fitted in my home 15 Jan 2021 I have phoned countless times to the municipality office and I cannot get to anyone to assist. And on the few occasions I do get through, a municipal worker at the office tell me I'm on a priority list, which Leeds to nothing... Now the struggle is to get my money back!

No words, really pathetic, people standing in the wrong qeues as instructions are not clear, no number system to establish an order, people going on lunch leaving a row of angry people as there is no replacement to take the reigns
Been trying to get a query resolve for almost 1 year. Service is poor. Standing in outside office for 3-4 hours due to Covid. Then the lines are cut and you are send home. Try again tomorrow.
The telephone does not get answered. How do we get forms that are not on their site. I need a APPLICATION FOR PENSIONER REBATE ON PROPERTY TAX/RATES form.

It was so comforting and helpful, especially since I have never done this before. She is a star employee and I hope there are more like her!
