Helpful, patient, very knowledgeable and understanding staff. Totally non judgemental but ensure that you are aware that change starts with you and they will help you affect that change. Left feeling that I was on the road to a more normal life.

What can I say, it's Citizens Advice - they're there to be helpful! However, there is often a very long wait for your initial 15-minute meeting (which has to be a 'drop in' - you can't book an appointment), so aim to get there as soon after they open as possible.
