I had a flat tire & I was able to put my spare on to drive over to Cinco tire & automotive. They let me drop my flat tire off to try and repair it while I went back to work and then came back to find out it was just a leak. They patched it up and put it back on my car no problem and not of any charge. So quick and helpful. The staff was so pleasant and nice. Great first experience! Thank you!

We don’t live here and our car broke down on the highway. We left the car overnight and they called us immediately the next morning. Every time they said they would check on something and call us right back, we got a call within about 15 minutes. We were in a pretty desperate situation where plenty of mechanics could have seriously taken advantage of us, but Billy was really honest with us and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In such a stressful situation, we were SO lucky to have someone who was so empathetic and understanding of our situation. Thanks so much guys!

I bring all of my vehicles to Cinco Tire, mainly because of Mo! I follow Mo wherever he goes. He is a great guy to deal with and very personable. He'll shoot you straight and be honest with you. Pricing isn't too shabby either on tires and general vehicle maintenance and repairs. I can't say I've had any issues with workmanship from the techs at Cinco, but if I did, I know they'd make it right.

The guys that handled my request we're prompt, professional, and the work was done in an appropriate amount of time. When other issues were discovered, I was called and asked about what I wanted. If I had the funds I would have given them the work, because the experience with them was great. The shop looks busy, clean, and organized as well. Can't say enough for this place.
