Good, straightforward service. They were upfront about all the work to be done and the prices are reasonable. When they found a part that needed replacement they immediately called, explained the problem and quoted the additional price for that repair. Overall a very good experience, painless experience.

They have no professional machnik, never ever on this Werkstatt, May be for painting or denting good, I don't know, but for any thing repair not good.

These guys are very professional and really nice. I had a scratch in my polo's paint. These guys gave a quick estimation on cost and duration of the repairs. They were done quickly, and I had a feeling of total confidence in them. The result was great. Would highly recommend them.

Good service but ridiculously expensive. My car was short on motor oil. Went there, they checked and put 4 liters of 5w30 motor oil and charged me 84. No oil change, no filter change, just adding some oil in 5 min and 84!!!
