My husband and I had the pleasure of taking Debra's birthing class over Zoom today. She covers all the important subjects of labor, childbirth/delivery, nursing and post-partum so well. She is engaging, helpful, fun and encouraging. Since she has had years of experience in this field we felt blessed to receive her wisdom and also enjoyed some funny stories of her experiences through the years! You will not regret taking her class!

Debra was an absolute delight. My partner and I recently attended her childbirth and breastfeeding class via Zoom and it was the best choice we have made in preparation for bringing our child into this world. With her numerous years of experience she shares a wealth of knowledge. She made the class interesting and engaging. Her sense of humor and wit made it all that more worthwhile. She provided thorough answers when asked questions and conducted the class in a way that we each would understand. This class is by a nurse who works with childbirth and she for sure knows what she's talking about! It's a very enlightening class that every first time mom should take. She talks about pre delivery, delivery, local hospitals you'll likely give birth in, breastfeeding, positions, support people and what they can do to help, a post hospital have at home list, and much more. She's helpful about understanding how life will be after birth especially if you are going to breastfeed or not.
Debra was amazing. My OB office had pamphlets for a few different birthing classes. Since breastfeeding is so important I like that she is a lactation consultant as well. She offered the whole class to call/text/email her with questions about breastfeeding once the baby comes, I thought this was nice since pregnancy brain blocks out some things I may need later. This class was amazing and up to date and accurate. It made me feel a lot more prepared to give birth and have a new born at home. It’s nice she is aware of st Pete’s, capital, and TG and had information on birthing at all three places. Even If I was giving birth elsewhere this class would have been relevant! Thank you for all the information and knowledge!
Debra teaches this class and all the patients in our office love her. She will educate you, make you laugh, and be available for follow up support - even after the birth of your baby. Her depth of knowledge is invaluable as you go through the exciting experience of childbirth.
