Richard has sold 2 properties for my partner and I over the last 12 months. The first was a property in quite a niche market in rural York and was quite a sensitive sale. Richard was the second agent to market the property and the difference was night and day. The quality of the photographs and general presentation of the advert was first class, this lead to a quick and easy sale. The second property was an apartment in York City Centre.
