Won't visit this shop again. Visited today and whilst looking around was informed that they were closing although we were looking to order 20sqm of tiles. The member of staff said we had 5 mins and that they most probably wouldn't have the tiles we wanted. Not really sure how he knew which tiles we wanted because at that point we didn't even know. He then went back over to the till area and started cashing up etc. Never felt so unwelcome in a shop in my life. Went round the corner to Wickes and the staff were very helpful needless to say we ordered our tiles there and took them away there and then.

The gentleman that served us in the store, was absolutely amazing, he was so helpful. My daughter and I went in here to buy 6 m of cream Metro tiles, they are the only store in a 9 mile radius I could find that did the Metro tile in a colour called bone, this colour is neutral and beautiful. The gentleman that served me was so obliging telling me that I could bring half a box back if need be. We discussed the type of adhesive and the grout and the match the price I was going to pay at Screwfix. I would highly recommend this store
I have been using the Rhyl and Chester store for years. Both teams in the stores have offered exceptional customer service and advise I can rely on over the years. I recommend Topps as my first recommendation to all my potential customers when I quote for jobs. All tiles I have fitted over the years from Topps are at a high quality and the finished product is superior over others I have fitted from other suppliers.
