Unfortunate. Went to the store during lockdown not appreciating it was collect only/trade. Door was open so we entered and two guys by the door with their arms folded looked at us. Just looked a bit too long in that way that doormen at nightclubs might, passive aggressive. (The one with glasses more so than the other one) Not a ‘good afternoon’ or ‘we’re really sorry but we’re closed’. This odd atmosphere continued for a minute or so and we had to speak and ask if they were open! Very odd. We then were told, with sort of satisfaction, that they were open only to trade, which might have been a polite question to ask in the first minute of our entering, On replying we were trade we were then asked if we had an account - again this might have been a polite question on entering rather than being a reluctant Q and A session. I just wanted to check the colour of one specific tile and asked if they could just get one to show me and they referred me to their website. Obviously the perfect place to check a colour is not by looking at your screen. It would have taken 5 seconds. I think they thoroughly enjoyed the policing type of exchange rather give the same information in a friendly, civil manner.
