Excellent!! Have recently moved into the area and have nothing but praise for all the staff. Very caring attitude from everyone and you never feel that you cannot ring to speak to someone about your situation. My wife and I are very pleased to be patients at Chatsworth Road surgery. Thank you everyone for what you have done for me since I arrived.

Have just found out by prescription slip that my Registered GP has been changed. My former allocated GP had vast clinical interests and experience in the specialist areas under which 90% of my medical conditions come under. I have now lost the chance and opportunity to have Cortison Injections that I had at previous surgeries. The clinician that has been appointed (or self-appointed) has little relevant experience to help me. She made bigoted and immature remarks on how Military Veterans benefit from the Healthcare system - assuming that we get everything handed to us on a platter, and we que jump our way to the private hospital services. I have no desire to attend any appointment phone or otherwise with this clinician who has proved sulky on other occasions. I will be exercising my right to see other clinicians until such time that I can leave this practice. Somehow having seen this GP once, the surgery adopted the view that she was my regular Doctor!?? I have seen 2 other GPs' once. Thoroughly disgusted, and very disappointed. I shall be seeking an older more experienced and preferrably Male GP as soon a circumstances permit, even if I have to pay privately. Until then, I'd rather go without medical care than have dealings with a clinician whom I have no trust in, nor respect for. Totally gutted, and thoroughly depressed that I shall never get to meet Dr Rash now. Dr Rackham, Kate of the pharmacy dept, and two of the receptionists are brilliant!

Recently moved house and registered with this surgery. Extremely difficult to get appointments, It can take up to 30 mins to answer the call. However, when you do get an appointment the Dr's and Nurses are first class and very caring.
