We called Century to come look at our broken dishwasher, and when the technician arrived I asked him to put a mask on (this is March 2021) and he agreed but said they do not wear masks while performing work. I said that would not work for us, as we have small kids and are not fully vaccinated yet, and he insisted he would wear the mask to look, but not while actually working. When I said again that would not work for us, he challenged me again saying this is the same policy as restaurants in town. Um ok? We still don’t go to restaurants because of the pandemic, so...AND this is MY home. My husband called later in the day and talked to someone who claimed “I kicked the worker out when we could have just gone to a different room while he worked”. I know I’m in the minority in GJ when it comes to masks, but the whole experience was so unprofessional and disappointing.

We would offer six stars for Century appliance if it were possible. They were able to expedite our order in a cost effective way. They quickly and efficiently fixed our washing machine. They are responsive by text to give updates and local human beings answer. We are so grateful!!

Prompt reply, good communication, fair price. I rarely write reviews, but these guys really stood out to me. As a real estate investor and property manager I don't have time to chase vendors down to make sure they are getting things done as promised all the time. Really appreciated that I didn't have to at all with these guys, they were on it!
