Dan Winkler

David was a nice, professional technician who solved my freezer issue in less than 30 minutes. The problem is the nice lady who set up my appointment indicated the 95 show up fee would be applied to the total if work was required. David indicated that is not the case, and the total charge was 185 (a rate of about 400/hr). Nice guy, good work, but the company definitely lied and over-charged significantly. Somehow, the invoice showed T&W Services and not Best Appliances. Beware of this company.
