We have been using World Travel Service for over 20 years for family and business travel. The team is the most knowledgable, thorough and fun to work with out of any travel service we know. Some of our friends use the internet engines for booking, however they miss out on the best pricing, they have more details to tend to and therefore stress, and the hassle of making changes when they are needed (which is often!). Dyana Thomas is my travel agent and she is the absolute best! She cares about your travel experience and goes out of her way to ensure your trip is worry free! She pays attention to the small details and she's very considerate of the travelers regardless of their age. She tailored my vacations to fits my needs. She thought of things I overlooked (priceless). I decided to take a last minute trip (less than 2 weeks notice) to the Bahamas with my 2 teenage boys and I just knew it would cost a fortune if it were even possible; well Dyana made it happen as if it were planned months in advance.
