I have bought 3 diesel ram trucks since 2016. One is 2017 and two are 2016. All have had battery issues. In Ram 2017 and Ram 2016 the batteries were dated 2007 Brazil. I just called the dealer explained this to service and said I wanted to drop it off and ask if they could give me a ride home. The guy told me he was short handed and could not. I live 8 minute drive. So my point is I did not sense they even cared how I got home. He said they could fix it while i was waiting. I can't wait as i work for a living and had a meeting to get to. Very frustrated.
