Best experience buying a car i could ever ask for! Nathan is an incredible representative of step one automotive, professional knowledgable and straight forward. The price agreed upon was what i paid not a penny more, when out of state taxes were more than originally the price was immediately adjusted to reflect the original price. Had a great time flying up there i would recommend to anyone.

my husband and i had a great experience at this dealership! Nate was absolutely great when i came in by myself the first time to browse vehicles and wasn’t pushy/pressuring and let me explain to him exactly what i wanted to pay for a vehicle. the second time when we came back to purchase the vehicle we wanted he was just as helpful and made sure my husband and i got the vehicle we loved at the monthly payment we were looking for. i would definitely recommend shopping for a car with him! George in finance was great as well and helped make sure we were taken care of for the best price he could. he was funny and professional and very easy to talk to! thank you guys for all the help. and thanks for helping us get into our dream wrangler!

VERY unhappy with an appointment yesterday for recall work through the service department. Was told it would take 2 hours. Dropped off at 9:30 and wasn’t ready until 3:30. What use are appointments if you don’t stick to them. Was told there were many other cars ahead of mine. Good customer service is to not to make excuses but rather set realistic expectations. I know the dealership is paid for the cost of this type of service yet I felt like I was low priority against others who were paying directly for services yesterday. I wIll consider going to another dealership in a neighboring city for future service needs. This was my first time at this service department after recently relocating from the Atlanta area. Yet, as soon as I made my appointment, I was solicited by a sales person to consider a trade. NOT INTERESTED! Think you should focus on service before sales...

My sale lady Nikki Meeks was very helpful and professional, She had pretty much everything set up before I even stepped foot into the dealership and that's important in these days!
