I would have to say this was my first time (37 years old) with a professional and straight forward buying experience. Robert McConnell led the way as the face of the dealership and was appreciative of it. I found items removed from the vehicle(Tow hooks) and he pointed it out to the manager to get them ordered for myself. Thanks for that Robert. Lastly, they were able to beat the APR from my local credit union. Money saved and a happy customer. Cheers.

We just bought a 2019 Laramie Longhorn. AutoNation made the purchase the easiest that I’ve ever had. The sales department was amazing. We got everything that we wanted and more. Troy is the best service advisor ever. I give him 100 stars!! He is always so helpful when I take my car to be serviced. On the other hand, the receptionist does not posses the best attitude. Other than that, everything is great ️

If you want the perfect salesman, go see Robert! He goes over and beyond for his customers! His customer service skills are off the charts. He is very knowledgeable about all vehicles and he has answers for all questions. He's very respectful and has a positive vibe! He helped me pick out the perfect Jeep Wrangler! We came in as budget customers, looking for a good deal on a workhorse without frills, and we were treated like we were there to buy a luxury vehicle. Communication was fantastic and so easy, the car was waiting for us when we arrived to view it and it was immaculately cleaned. Shamarcus made sure we got the moon and the stars and then some.
