I paid 950 to get my van serviced only for it to almost blow up while I’m driving it out of the parking lot. The check engine light is on and once I opened up the bonnet there’s oil all over the engine. I truly for the sake of my life cannot understand how you can give someone their vehicle in this condition. Beyond disappointed and angry. I missed a day of work to bring the vehicle for service and this is what happened. To make things worst they won’t make a special case to have whoever messed up the vehicle to come fix it on Saturday so I have to lose another days income because of this s**t. Unbelievable.

Due to distance, I had been dealing with Caroline Springs FIAT over emails and phone. The salesperson I communicated with there was Fred. The one point of difference Fred made to the table was he was working with me. All other dealers dismissed any potential deal purely because they felt it was too hard work without me being in the dealership. At no point did he make it necessary to come in nor dismissed the notion of getting me the best deal I could possibly get. He made the effort to find out details that I requested, was honest, and most of all, got back to me in reasonable fashion. If it wasn’t for him, this deal would not have occurred and I certainly would have bought elsewhere closer to home. This dealership is under new management, and with a Superstar Staff like Fred, and his manager Adam, I think they’ll go far. If you do go to this dealership, make sure you ask for Fred as the “hard sell” won’t be there and you’ll feel comfortable taking your time to make the decision with a car there or at another place. I know they gave me plenty of time to do this, and in the end, they had the product, and the service. Well done Fred and the team.

Hello everyone! I actually work for the dealership and words can't describe how much I love it. I have finally found a place that genuinely cares about customer service. We are only a small dealership, but through hard work, determination and good old fashioned customer service, we have built a team that has become like a family. We don't just sell cars, we provide an experience. It's not often you find people that wake up in the morning excited for work and I'm happy to say I'm one of the lucky ones. Very poor customer service when it comes to Car servicing . They hardly have spare cars to provide . I had to take time off work - came here at 8 am today so car can be serviced in 3 hours as promised. It is 9.45 am and the car is still parked outside. Luckily I checked and they said there is a queue and car will be taken inside shortly . Wonder why they promise what they can not deliver ? - not happy . Would not recommend this centre for servicing

I purchased a Fiat Freemont and the whole experience was friendly and efficient. I had my car in 4 days. Brett Wakefield was fantastic to deal with and the whole process was very smooth with no dramas. It was great to go to a local dealer and be looked after without the need to shop around. I highly recommend these guys. Absolutely love my car!

I think people should definitely look at the outlier reviews and not all the suspiciously positive ones. I wish I had purchased my car through another dealership. Absolutely love my car. Hate this dealership. Everytime I come here, something bad happens. Most recently, I came in for standard 15,000km service and was incorrectly charged for it. I requested a refund only to be told I had to go to werribee to have this processed because they had changed ownership and failed to transfer all the client details over. I don’t understand why I should have to chase another dealership for the refund when the money was taken out at their facilities. Seems like they’re trying to make me do all the “work” of getting my refund when it’s not my job to do it- especially since it was a fault due to their inadequate handover. Simply put, they took 335 off me and won’t return it and are telling me to go chase some strangers for it... how is that even logical. I won’t name names, but the receptionist in the servicing department is just plain rude. I regret purchasing my car from this dealership.

Caroline Springs Fiat is the place for great customer service and great deals. Dan and Brett are the best they are very friendly and very easy to get along with. I purchased a Fiat Freemont and i walked in one day and drove away the next. Dan and Brett always have a smile and answer all enquirers regarding to cars promptly. Definitely recommend people to come to Fiat Caroline Springs for a great deal and A1 customer service.
