My daughter and I recently visited the Maybush Southampton branch to buy a new wheelchair for my daughter. We were served by Claire who discussed our requirements with us. It was an easy decision which one to buy and the whole process only took a few minutes. She told us delivery would be three to five days but because of the ongoing issues with Coronavirus/Christmas it may be a little longer. In fact the chair arrived just after eight the next morning so thank you Claire for your help and also the ‘back room team’ and courier for getting it to my daughter so swiftly.
Have been to the Southampton branch twice to research mobility scooters. The environment was very covid safe with restricted customer numbers and hand sanitiser available throughout our visit. As a younger customer I was looking for modern looking mobility scooter that would also meet my needs. Kevin Bacon looked after us on both occasions. He has fantastic product knowledge and was so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Kevin allowed me to try various scooters indoors and outdoors to make sure the spec was exactly what I needed. Kevin even introduced me to the idea of power chairs, just to give me another option to consider. He was polite and patient and fully understood my needs. I highly recommend Kevin & his customer service and would like to thank him for all his hard work during these difficult times. Now I can't wait for my new scooter to be delivered!
My CareCo Southampton experience, was magnificent., while searching for a recliner for my grandmother. I was most attentively assisted by Kevin. He actually listened to what i required, as im relatively inexperienced, i had a few queries. He was both patient and extremely knowledgeable. I expressed the need for comfort, he immediately and rather expertly provided many options. I had concerns regarding the positioning in the room, but he demonstrated that was not an issue, it would be exceptional, no matter what room it would be in. Lastly I queried durability, as I'm sure you can appreciate no one likes a product that simply will not last... Again, Kevin assured me i need not have any concerns. It's always wonderful when they take time to go above and beyond your initial expectations to ensure you're happy and satisfied with your product! Highly recommend!
On arriving at Careco Southampton, me, my husband and my mother were greeted by Adam, who instructed and assisted us with the stores requirements for COVID19. We informed Adam what we wanted to view. Adam, showed us what we were interested in. We also tried other products, unfortunately none were suitable. Eventually we did purchase a product. Throughout Adam was very patient, as we viewed several products and had a few mishaps whilst trialling them. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the products and assisted in our decision in whether they would be suitable. Ordering and paying for our product was easy, with Adam explaining and giving us information on extra warranty and insurance, with no pressure made on buying these extras. Overall our experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you Adam for your assistance and knowledge.
