We visited Weymouth for a few days and needed to hire an electric wheelchair for one of our friends. We contacted Active Mobility and Phil was amazing he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The customer service was 5 star and the equipment superb. I would definitely recommend Active Mobility and when we visit Weymouth again with our friends Active mobility will be our first stop. Thank you Phil and the team.

Upgraded my buggy to the Go Go Elite Sport just before going on holiday to Cornwall. Yet again the Active Mobility Team provided first class service having rescued me when my old buggy broke down. They repaired it and offered me a very good trade in for my old buggy. Taking their advice, I upgraded to a model with suspension that could still take apart to put in the back of the car. We used it for 10 days whilst on holiday and it was Amazing!! Even tackling with ease the slopes of the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A huge Thank You to all at Active Mobility.!!

I've tried plenty of products here, for both my parents, so I can happily say that there is consistently really great customer service! The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable, friendly and have that kind, personal touch which so many shops can lack. There is such a huge range of disability related items in there, as well as staff being more than happy to order online for the customer. This means you enjoy the certainty of getting exactly what you wanted, super fast.
