Wow David was incredible, my mum's a bit dithery about making decisions and he showed her the entire range! We went to look at power chairs and recliners, really great range in store to try, my mum had been planning to buy online and I suggested with something so personal, she should give it a try first. He let her get them all out have a little drive about to see what she found most comfortable, really chuffed. David provided a first class service and we left having ordered the powerchair. She'll be back for the recliner I'm sure but she is dithering
I purchased a Careco Minimus mobility scooter on Saturday, it was delivered this morning (Tuesday), all I had to do to make it operational was, take it out of the box, remove the plastic bags, raise the tiller, raise the seat into position, extend it, open the battery access door, connect the battery and it was ready to go. The perfect scooter for my needs. Great service from Careco and especially David in the Eastbourne shop.
I was very satisfied with the friendly and helpful attention by Donna which resulted in my purchase of a Vega scooter which was delivered within 2 weeks .
CareCo at Eastbourne were very helpful in choosing the scooter we bought, they were always polite and considerate and showed us how to dismantle and put together again the scooter we bought as many times as we wanted
