They refused to fill my tanks as a new customer and offered me no resolution to the situation (one of my tanks had expired and there proximity was 10" to the exhaust of the heater they were supplying). I went to another service provider and they came out and resolved the issues, re-certified the tank and filled them up. I am glad I chose not to deal with superior anymore.

If I could I would give them zero stars. Very overpriced. And when they came to pick up their tank once I changed companies it took them 3 hours to load a 500 gallon tank. And blocked our driveway completely with two trucks. Glad to be done with this terrible company
So glad to finally be done with this company after 5 years of incorrect fills, leaving gates open, not calling when they’re coming (After specifically asking for a call), filling our tank instead of my parents (and vice versa), filling our tank or my parents instead of the neighbours, and the list goes on. Not to mention their ridiculously high prices.
Customer loyalty is not something of value to Superior Propane. I had all positive service from Canwest Propane from 2003-2017. Then superior Propane bought out Canwest Propane. Since then we have had nothing but trouble. I would recommend that you phone anyone else for propane.
