We’ve been very pleased to work with Michael a number of times over the years, and have always been impressed with his knowledge and insights. Most recently, he was amazing in helping us sell our house quickly during the pandemic. His keen eye for staging really showcased our home’s strengths and helped us receive competing offers in a difficult market. Selling for over list price felt great. Where he really shone, though, was on closing. We were out of province and there were some issues at possession that needed to be addressed (through no fault of his!). While we were in BC, he worked very hard to coordinate everything, and his experience, hard work and dedication were evident in helping us through a stressful time. Can’t recommend his services enough!
