We own a fabrication business. Caesarstone sent us defective material. They lost the warranty claim I had to fill it out twice. They are no longer responding to our requests for warranty. We are suing. Something has changed at this business and they are no longer good partners. So take your chances.

They have a very close team all willing to work together to help a client in anyway possible, even if requests are rare. The sales team in the front showroom and workers in the warehouse managed to fulfill every request, even though I was knowingly a difficult client. I'd give more than five stars if I could.
