Lived in Teacher's Village for 2 years. Rarely had an issue and when I did management on site dealt with everything quickly. Packages are handled professionally. Parking lot attendants were always great. Gladys was great to work with moving into my apt and when I left.

Pay for parking and can't get out cause no one plowed the parking lot at sylvan ave property. If someone have an emergency they can't get out.

Management is lazy! They care more about receiving payment rather than upkeep of the property. They try and fault you for just about any complaint that you may have. Properties are infested with mice and roaches. I transferred from one location to another and still have the same infestation issue so clearly Management isn’t doing their part to prevent this issue.

I lived in the cherry park apartments for 3 years. Rent increased annually which wouldn't really bother me but every time something broke down it never really got fixed. We had issues with our kitchen tiles, which finally got fixed after we said we'd hold our rent check, our intercom didn't work for 2.5 years, two of our air conditioners had mold, and the list could keep going. What really did it for me was when they raised the rent during a PANDEMIC! They told us its \only 25\ but if thats how they feel then don't raise it during a time when families are already worrying about their current bills with lack of work. Some of the positives were that we had pretty awesome and respectful neighbors, the bedrooms were a very nice size, they accepted our therapy dog without any problems, and there was laundry on-site (albeit a bit pricey). Our security deposit was also returned to us with no problems. Overall if you're going to rent with them just keep in mind that your rent will increase every year no matter what and that you will probably end up fixing things that go wrong with the apartment yourself.

This agency is ruthless even during a pandemic. Try to avoid this company if you can. Customer service is terrible, phone calls go unanswered and/or not returned. They do not care about their tenants. It’s all about the Benjamins. Also the attendant at Maiden Lane is rarely in his office during regular business hours.
