Great staff, Noreen especially. Noreen was made aware of a situation I had and moved mountains to make sure I moved in to my home to meet a tight move out deadline. Thank you so much Noreen, so friendly, so kind. Will definitely be using this whole team again!

I had seen a property that I instantly fell in love with. Called in for a viewing, couldn't be more pleased with the service considering I was running 20mins late to the viewing yet they waited around for me. Placed an offer after the viewing, the communication between all parties involved was great, was informed of any arising issues or anything of concern immediately to make the buying experience swift and hassle free. Not sure who took the viewing but thank you sir, we love our new home.

Disgruntled Tenant

THE WORST Letting Agent that I have had the displeasure of renting from. Poor communication between their own team members. You could speak to one of them one day about an issue, then call again another time about the same issue and they’d have no knowledge of the first conversation. Do you not talk together as team? How do you not pass the messages on to each other? Why when I speak to one colleague on the phone can I audibly hear them complain about each other and blame each other for the mistake? Emails must all go into the junk file surely. Request maintenance and then they turn up with no idea what issue they’ve been told to fix. Rather than sending the maintenance out with the correct information, the people on the phone will assume any issues have been caused by the tenants doing. If something breaks it’s not getting fixed anytime soon. Will they turn up today? Tomorrow? Who knows, but you can almost bet that when you call them at 4.30 after waiting home all day for them you’ll be made to feel like an idiot for expecting to have heard something by now. I don’t believe for a second this company has so many 5 star reviews, certainly not from any tenant I know. That being said, the maintenance guy gets a good review from me. I wanted to write this review a very short time after moving in and I’m deliberately being vague in my writing because if you look through the reviews you’ll notice they always challenge the negative reviews to make themselves seem justified. (People wouldn’t leave so many poor reviews if the service wasn’t exactly that. POOR). Having briefly encountered the people that work in this establishment I cannot wait until they are completely out of my life and I can properly talk about how bad this letting agent is. Until then I’m counting down the days until the tenancy ends.

I've been a tenant with Sky Blue Homes since I have started university (three years ago). The maintenance team have been incredible with any issues I have had during my stay in one of their student accommodations, once had an issue with my heating and they swiftly came and issued a fix immediately. Staff are very friendly and welcoming too.

My boss needed three properties managing/putting on rent, I had no idea of the process but had learned very quickly thanks to the team at Sky Blue Homes. All three properties now have tenants in them and I don't think I'd have been able to do it without Sky Blue Homes. Thank you all so much.
