Made the process of buying a house unnecessarily stressful; were unable to draw up a standard legal document, and in fact claimed it couldn’t be done and spent hours trying to persuade us of that (and then charged us for that time) so we had to pay a solicitor to do it; unnecessarily rude; shockingly badly written and spelt documents and emails; would only take instructions from my male partner.
