So lucky to have come across this place! I was down in Portsmouth visiting and my campervan broke down. Trevor had already diagnosed the problem from the information I had shared over the phone. Parked up and he had me back and running quick enough for me to make it golf and not miss my tee time! Highly knowledgeable and so helpful!

Probably the best kept secret garage in Pompey. Fab mechanics, prices extremely competitive and nothing is too much. They do MOTs as well so for a one stop garage, you need to use these chaps. Never had an issue with either my wife's car or my own

I find as a local resident, that Byngs Autos in Southsea, appears to frequently have insufficient space to house either the vehicles that are awaiting their attention or even their own commercial vehicles, taking up multiple parking spaces, leaving them in situ sometimes, for weeks at a time , almost abandoned in the residential streets around their premises. This has a very detrimental effect locally as often quite vulnerable people within their community are left to fend for themselves in the dark winter streets as they search for a place to park their personal vehicle and safely reach their home. I will think very carefully about whether or not to use a local business again that treats its local community so poorly, especially as in this case I’m not sure where my vehicle might be whilst awaiting attention. ( although it’s probably safe to say, parked outside a neighbors house ! ) It’s a shame , as other service providers who invest in the space needed to run a professional commercial auto repair , bouncy castle, recovery truck etc organisation are probably incurring costs that in Byngs Autos case are sucked up by local residents.
