My big brother, my father and I was driving to Formula1 at Spa in Belgium. The trip was a gift to our father, for his 60th birthday the month before. We were going from Aarhus Denmark, and sadly only made it halfway to Spa, before we hit trouble on the road, and our car died on us. It was the night between thursday and friday when we had to pull over - it was dark, we were in a foreign country, and none of us spoke german. After a quick talk with the VW Roadservice, and half an hour of nap time, a friendly (but only german speaking) mechanic came to pick us up, and brought us the the nearest VW dealer (Autohaus Holst GmbH). Shortly after we arrived in the middle of the night, we were greeted by Torsten, and his crew of mechanics. They did everything they could to troubleshoot the problem and fix it in time for us to get to Belgium and watch F1. They even offered us to sleep at the dealershop, while they got the necessary spare parts. Perhaps we didn't have the best of luck, but at least we got a great story out of it. Thanks for making the best of a bad situation. All the best of recommendations from here. If we ever have car trouble again, I hope it will be near Torsten and his crew of mechanics :-)

Sehr guter Service von A-Z. Ein äußerst freundlicher Serviceberater, der Herr von Höveling, und auch eine sehr gute Werkstatt. Man fühlt sich immer wohl aufgehoben und bekommt eine schnelle fachliche Hilfe. Auch vor Ort eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Immer wieder gerne!

Zunächst waren wir -meine Frau und ich- skeptisch, ob es eine gute Idee sei, ein Auto bei einem Autohändler in 300 km Entfernung kaufen zu wollen. Wir haben uns entschlossen, dem Autohaus Holst eine Chance zu geben und sind vom Ruhrgebiet aus in den hohen Norden gefahren. Das Ergebnis sieht man (s. Foto). Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Mit dem Autohaus, mit dem kompetenten, freundlichen und zuverlässigen Verkäufer, Herrn Waidhas und natürlich mit dem gekauften Auto. Wir können das Haus und seine Mitarbeiter nur loben und natürlich weiter empfehlen...
