Excellent service and wonderful staff. We've had these folks handle the cremation of two of our cats over the past few years. They provide a spectacular service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

When our cat died at 17 we were devastated and knew we wanted to cremate him. We had done it through the vet before, but you weren't quite sure where your pet was going or how they were treated. With Austin Pet Memorial Center I knew exactly where he was and how he was being treated. Not only did they provide a choice of urns, but we also received his paw print in clay and trimmings of his fur. When I opened the bag I could tell that love and thought was put into every step! I will forever cherish the items and will use APMC over and over again! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Time was that this was an awesome provider. Always there when you needed them because they seem to realize that pets don't just die during banker's hours. Last time I needed their services, no one was available nights or weekends. They always said they weren't like the corporate pet cremation services, but now they are even more corporate than them.
