We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. They were wonderful and responsive and very professional throughout. My wife and I were first home buyers and Brian was very helpful in meeting over the phone to give us an explanation of the loan application process from start to finish. Once we commenced the application he was very responsive, despite buying at a very busy time. He was open, honest and upfront about the expected costs and likelihood of success. Once we found a house he was prompt at getting everything organized up until closing. We were able to get to settlement on time and finished it with no surprise expenses thanks to the information provided from Brian and his team. Could not recommend him enough! We will be using his services in or future refinances and purchases.

Most of the time, Brian replied to our emails super quickly, often in 15-20 minutes — that's extremely helpful when you're dealing with an ultra competitive seller's market.
