If they gave an option for zero stars i would have selected that. They have no urgency, they don't care if everything goes great or not. They just go for the easy sales. Worst company ever. My recommendation is to go with someone else, anybody else but thrive mortgage. Worst home buying experience of my life.

Worst dishonest lender, did all the paper work income tax with his “friend” ended up paying taxes. Gave contractor and the lot down payment. He guaranteed us we were approved and never happened. He does not answered calls Don’t make business with them!!!
