Had a tooth extraction was very nervous. Staff put me at ease, Dentist talked me through step by step and it was over before I knew it. Lovely, friendly staff and covid secure.

On the 6th January 2021 i was booked in for an appointment for 4:30. I arrived at 4:25 and was told to wait in a communal area until the dentist was ready. Then at 4:40 another patient came in and was seen before i was. So I waited with no correspondence. At 5:15 I asked what was happening and a woman said within 20 minutes i will be seen as they are running late. I was sat in the waiting room and it took me to ask what was happening for them to let me know they were running late. Ideally when i arrived i should have been told they were running late with an accurate time so i could consider rebooking rather than waiting for hours on end. I find it rude and disrespectful that staff kept on walking past us with no form of communication. I am a private patient and the service i received was extremely poor and unprofessional. It came to 6:00, staff had gone home and i still had not been seen or received any updates. I left the practice at 6:30 very disappointed and disgusted after 2 hours of waiting and did not see the dentist. This is not acceptable under any circumstance. At no point did anybody acknowledge i was there, I am extremely angry.
So I have just had a tooth extracted by the dentist Sherif who was very professional and got the job done with as little discomfort as I think could be managed in the circumstances. All of the other staff were really friendly including Alicia the other dental nurse and the receptionist who booked the appointment over the phone. Also I want to recognise Philipina who was really friendly and empathetic. She explained everything really professionally. Dentists aren't fun but they have got the job done with minimal pain.
Had two teeth out under sedation as I’m am terrified of dentists. I saw Sherif, and he was assisted by Natalie and Philipina. I cannot thank them enough for their reassurance and how calm and comfortable they made me through something that had been causing a great deal of stress and anxiety. Highly recommended.
I would give them 7 stars if I could, they saved my life! all of them are stars from the receptionist to the dentist , Sara and Jonathan and all of them they were there for me from the start till the end, I can't thank them enough.
