Original Comments revoked! My anger was aimed at one of their drivers who damaged my car in a RTC, accepted liability at the scene, apologized but then denied all knowledge of the incident days later. My children who were in the car at the time were shaken up and I was full prepared to confront this person at his place of work until the truth prevailed. I initially had to pay for the damages myself but these have since been rein-burst by the company. I am grateful for this but equally dismayed and somewhat angry that they did not want to pursue this matter with the driver who did this. Financially satisfied with the outcome but has left a bitter taste in my mouth and will be buying a dash cam to avoid any further incidents like this.
