At the end of my proceeding I was required to go to the clerk to discuss payment. After discussing payment I simply asked if I was required to stay until everyone had finished (some courts require you to do that) well apparently the clerk just doesn't like simple questions because she was being so rude and disrespectful and was yelling so loud while the magistrate was still talking.. Some people use their position of power to put down others and this woman was clearly doing that.

I have had to call them several times(including today). Very disappointed with the service. They seem to never want to work. They will also have the phone off the hook. Once you can finally get in touch with an individual, they are so off putting. Like you have just upset their entire existence and will force you to do further work and that have access to the information at their finger tips. I’ll have sat next to someone calling them and they act the same way. It’s either they are just irritated with working; and they feel I should no that or they are racist because I’m African American. Hope neither were the case.
Great staff. Kate is very knowledgeable, Betty is great and Bill is a fantastic representation of the fine folks of Boston Heights.
