Under the current restrictions, it was fairly easy to get an appointment, people must be aware of the limitations that most stores are under and be prepared to accept that things are not back to normal especially at a practice like an optician. When I arrived I politely waited to be called forward from the barrier, no hardship just common sense, the lady that saw to me to do the pre screening was very polite and professional, it wasn't the usual tests but again understandable. I was quickly sent through to see the optician, who I believe was called Shaz, who again was exceptional and professional, again the test was slightly different but she politely discussed everything with me and I couldn't be more happy with my visit. Just be aware that things are different at this moment in time, they are doing their best for everyone and just go with the flow.

Although the eye test itself seems fine getting an appointment especially if you want to book more than one is a very difficult task for this store. Even after calling me back they were unable to accommodate me during times I'm not in work and available.
