Captain Alexis was great as was his mate- very sweet and helpful- and Elena was very easy to communicate with. For booking a charter the day before I could not be happier. Punctual and kind, we had a wonderful time. Took a short ride to hang in the bay, and 4 hours was the perfect amount of time. My only issues were with the outside of the boat (lost a bumper and was not quite as pictured though the boat itself was clean, spacious and well kept inside) and the fact that we were allowed to do the short ride to Marine Stadium ONLY (I thought it meant we would do that and then go around Miami Bay or check out some islands...and that was NOT the case, it was maybe a 20 min ride each way and 3 hrs of hanging out it Marine Stadium, very little actual checking out around the area or “boating”). Overall happy with the day and crew but expectations for where to go should be set in advance!

We booked the 64' Cantiery Opera Power Mega Yacht and I just have to say that the pictures DO NOT even do the boat justice. The boat is STUNNING in person and there is SO MUCH ROOM on this boat for people to move around on. Captain Angelos was freaking AMAZING! He made our whole experience great because he was friendly to all guests and made sure we had a great time. He was open to customizing our itinerary and was a blast to hang out with! Kevin was our first mate, and it was also his first day, but he did an AMAZING job. When we would get in the water, he would check on us to see if we needed drinks and he was on point with getting all the toys out when we were at a stop. We enjoyed the experience SO MUCH that I decided to book the boat again on the spot for the weekend. Elena was easy to work with in the booking process. I also got SO MANY texts from friends needing the info because they couldn't make it and saw how beautiful (and affordable) this boat was from our social media! I highly recommend this company and this specific boat.
Erik mate was amazing he helped us with everything boat was very white and clean interior was spotless bathrooms were fresh and clean very good 5 star service will come back. He was very helpful always asking us if we needed something. Suggested awesome invigorating water excursions! Next time I’m in Miami I need him on the yacht PERIOD
This was the highlight of our trip! And totally worth the cost. They brought us right past Alcatraz and we went under the Golden Gate Bridge! The crew was super friendly and fun and accommodating! They took photos for everyone and had jackets for those of us braving the wind on the deck. The wine was good too. Would definitely do it again!!! Thank you to the crew for a great adventure!!!
Elena was the best host ever! She had very great communication from the time I booked it until the actual trip. She was very sweet and willing to accommodate my changes. I was lost finding the exact location and Elena guided me on the telephone to make I got there. The specific boat I had was so clean and comfortable! Me and my friends had such a great time with Captain Alex! I will definitely book again.
