My '19 G310GS had a gear shift lever failure and the shop at BMW riverside was able to begin work on the bike pretty much the next day. These guys are great - they even gave me a loaner for my troubles. Nice people, good service, what more could you ask for?

This is a repost of a review I left under the Parts Department in google. (Sub department in the dealership) Excellent customer service from the parts department. I ordered online (twice) all orders were well packed, quickly shipped, all parts and detail instructions were included. Darren in the parts department provided excellent customer service, was extremely knowledgeable on multiple BMW motorcycle systems, also provided great insight when ordering parts. I have purchased two motorcycles from them and each time they did an amazing job at the sales and service level. The sales team is super knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Their service center is super courteous, they go the extra mile and stick to the quotes and timelines. I got a GSA and an R NINE T from them and all I can say is that this dealership is known for having tons of knowledge on these motorcycle line ups.
