CCOD took care of servicing my older BMW f800GS, did a great job, and after visiting the dealership on multiple occasions, I decided to look at a new bike. Joe was very helpful, no pressure, no nonsense and always prompt to return calls and emails. Pulled the trigger on a new baby GS; purchase experience was outstanding. My thanks to the service staff for help in getting bike ready for delivery, Matty for fielding a bunch of questions from me, Zac in Finance for ease in approvals and paperwork, and Joe for delivering on a solid deal and amazing bike. Great service staff. I brought my bike up there for some warranty work and while it was in there they found out that my steering damper was leaking and so they also replaced that under warranty for free too. Kudos for finding that and thank you for your great service and Paul the BMW tech.

Was on the market for a dual sport, so I called with a few questions, then was sent to someone very knowledgeable about dual sports and naked sports bikes. To make a long story short, the service was great, laid out all of my financial options, and next thing you knew, I was out with a brand new bike within an hour! These guys are great, and they also have a huge selection of parts and accessories.
