If possible I would like to to give a negative or zero rating to this real estate agent. Unfortunately, I enlisted the service of Broekman&Calis for purchasing a house. Not only did I get a very unreliable low quality service, but I was also properly fooled by the two agents who are a master in making fake promises which they never intended to fulfil and they are very skilled in the diplomatic art of smiling to your face with empty promises so that they can postpone the problem by consciously knowing that they have no intention to offer compensation but just with time , fake smiles and empty promises they play with this tactic and stretch the time so much that it becomes too late to legally claim for a compensation. They are also very skilled in not listening to your complaint by doing their best to underestimate your complaint. The negligence of the agent costed me dearly. Upon inspection of the house, one of the agent inspected the house and assured me that the house had a sewer pipe connected to the main sewer system in the house. They were so confident and nice that I trusted them. After buying the house, I was shocked to discover that house drain pipe was not connected to the main sewer system in the street. At first they did not even want to believe this fact and they said I was invented problems that did not exist. I conducted thorough investigations, took lots of pictures and threatened legal action. Then immediately they made promises that they will claim half the cost for the installation of the the new drain pipes. Therefore me and my lawyer believed them and decided to give them a chance but unfortunately they just made empty promises and stretched the time until it was too late. I spent thousands of Euros to get a new drain connected and I was not given half the cost as promised. Very unreliable and extremely non professional. Please avoid!!

Zeer professionele begeleiding als aankoopmakelaar. Goede adviezen, kennis van zaken, zeer geduldig met begrip voor onze situatie/wensen, uitstekend bereikbaar en goed in de onderhandelingen
