DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. We bought a fridge from here 4 days ago. It has not worked since, and we have called/messaged/texted asking for a repair since it was supposed to be covered under warranty. We have yet to have anyone out to the house to repair it. We asked for our money back, or the fridge to be repaired by day 5. No response. Do not do business with this place. I will be happy to amend my review if the experience changes.

I called and they came the next day. Punctual and the repairman called when he was on his way. He listened to my concerns and checked the appliance thoroughly. Found the issue and fixed it quickly.

Called and had an appointment set for the next day from 12-3. They call me the next day at 10:30 A.M. and cancel my appointment because they don’t have a tech certified to work on my Whirlpool washer. They can’t reschedule either due to the same reason. Seriously??? Whirlpool is a major brand! You didn’t know the day I scheduled that you didn’t have a certified tech? So now I’m a day later still stuck with no way to wash clothes for my family. Thanks for nothing.
