Locked myself out of the house. Called they came within 10 minutes and got me back into my house in less then 20 minutes. Price was good too.
This guy wasn't able to program a new key fob but still charged me 75 for trying (after quoting 60 over the phone). He told me the fob was defective (brand new genuine Nissan OEM fob). I took it to a Nissan dealership and they programmed it without any problem. With confirmation that the fob was not defective, I asked if he'd consider a refund and he gave me 25 of the 75 back.
Jeremy was very professional and quick to get a lock changed on our property. Took pictures and went the extra mile. Will use this company every time!
