Sold a refurbished phone said it was check when obviously they never did. The phone would reset every second and close or just simple call would cut or stop every second but oh don't you worry it was like new hahaha... After all we ship the phone to the manufacturer but we are waiting now see of they do something not to impress with the service really.

Neither Rogers and Bell are great. But I never received this kind a service before. The employee who serve me did not care about my presence. I do understand that I was there because I cancelled my subscription, so I wasn't really worth the time. But still, they could have at least try to give a dam about me.
