I find this company to be downright unresponsive. I had an awning installed on my house last March. Just in the past two weeks water has started leaking into my home and damaging my kitchen cabinets. It's been a nightmare having to put towels into cabinets to soak up water. I'm trying to get a hold of a person named Chris for over 2 weeks now and he's not returning any of my daily calls.
