We had recently moved into a new property which had some electric roller blinds fitted by Brighton Sunblinds. We couldn't figure out why they weren't working so rang up and spoke to Jon. He was polite and friendly and offered to come out one day on his way home from work to take a look. Issue was resolved (user error!) almost immediately and we were not charged. Great service!

We have used them a number of times now purchasing black out blinds and wooden shutters. The black out blinds changed our lives as it meant our then 2 year old slept in a lot longer than she normally did. The quality is excellent, the service friendly and super knowledgeable. The price is very fair for super quality products made in Brighton.

I had one of the directors of Brighton Sunblinds come around on Monday this week and she did a written quote for blinds. I accepted the price and gave the lady my credit card details. Three days later I received a call from said director who said that she had made an error and the price went up from 350 to 475, though she said she would let me have them for 450. I told her that this was not a fair outcome and that the very least she should do was offer the blinds at half way between the original price and the new price. She refused and then changed the original statement and said that the blinds should really have cost 505. I was naturally not happy about this and asked her to get back to me after she had considered my proposal of meeting her halfway. In the meantime I contacted The Citizens Advice Bureau who said they were in breach as I had got a written agreement Of the work to be carried out including the price. The other director called me back and admitted that they had indeed made an error but could offer the blinds for 450 - still just a 25 reduction. I said that I would take further advice. The issue I have with Brighton Sunblinds is not the fact that they made a mistake ( even though it was one of the directors who really should know how to price a product) but they fact that they were unwilling to meet me half way with the price despite being in Breach of Contract and that fact they firstly said the full price was 475 then within a few seconds changing that to 505. It is so disappointing that a company would behave in such a way and not be fair. They are clearly doing well as the director said they had a back log of orders Shame on you John and Nina, very poor indeed

We have used Brighton Sunblinds a number of times over the years and most recently had fitted roller blinds, Perfect Fit for the bedrooms and a wooden Ventetan for the living area. We couldn't be happier with the quality of blinds, the value for money and the service received from the ever friendly and professional team. We couldn't speak highly enough of our experience with Nina & Jon. Would highly recommend.
