Asked to be contacted as I wanted a few quotes for blinds throughout our house. Sent a message on Sunday - to date, no phone call has been received, even sent another request in this morning to ask for a call back and still nothing. I presume they have so much business during this pandemic that they don't need another customer
Frayed material. Blinds breaking. Wrong brackets. Misquoted prices. A whole catalogue of average really. Wouldn’t use them again. Too much hassle all around.
Jack was a breath of fresh air. No “typical” sales man script. Just natural gave us enough time to think, but also had good advice when we asked his opinion.
