The fried chicken here is so dry. I don’t know what happens to Popeyes in this location. The chicken sandwich is so dry too I had hard time swallowing it. I also bought 11 pieces bone-in chicken all dark meat. And all of them are soooo dry... Very disappointed. I haven’t been to Popeyes for a while. Not sure if it’s only for this location or overall quality is going down for whole chain. Will never come back.

Slowest service ever. Took 15 mins for a chicken sandwich. Had multiple cars in the drive thru. They were making food but not giving it out. Staff looked confused and looked to managers for guidance and received none. Don't go here if you're on a time crunch.
Tried the new Cajun Flounder Sandwich. It is a winner. Pricy, but it is no Filet-o-fish. It is substantial filet, lightly breaded, Cajun spice only noticable on first one or two bites. breading is light and pleasant, fish wonderfully white and flakey. I loved it as prepared, tartar sauce was not overwhelming, pickles were a nice addition. Gripes, they forgot utensils for coleslaw. While it on the menu, the Cajun Rice is gone. Ditto with Premium Lemonade. The store I went to is next to Chick-fil-A, which has fabulous Lemonade. Well Minute Maid it has to be! The store at 2:45 pm was quite busy, as was Chick-fil-A next door.
Popeyes quality is really going down! The chicken is usually dry and now the jambalaya portion sizes are slim to none and so not worth the money! It's doesn't help that there are longer lines and wait time!
Service was good. Fries were fresh. Chicken was old and didn't taste good.
