I cannot recommend Audio Republic more highly. Andrew seems to be in such high demand for his abundant knowledge, insight and experience - yet he is so generous with his time. I walked into the shop knowing I wanted a turntable but with knowledge of little else. Andrew patiently and honestly went through all my options. Contacted Andrew about buying B&W 805 D3 Santos Rosewood speakers (Rare) . This is the first time I had bought any thing from any other retailer than the one I have used for 20 years based in London . they are world renowned for their customer service and I am a very happy customer of theirs but could not get hold of the 805's in Rosewood for me as B&W have stopped producing them . Given I was 300 miles away from Andrew, he spent a significant amount of time ensuring that my current system would be suitable for the 805 so that I would not be disappointed once I set them up in my environment. He asked me so many searching questions as I was shielding I could not come up for a demo. He would rather not sell the speakers to me than find that I would be disappointed once I got them hooked up. This is the old school customer care that is increasingly becoming extinct in the internet age. Most of all I appreciated his honesty more than the deal he did which I am very happy with. If like me you are not a hard core audiophile but want to get advice from a expert on your path to the best system you can afford based on the music you like , I highly recommend contacting him for the customer experience you will enjoy.

Efficient and extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with someone who clearly has lots of expertise. Costs of service and adjustments for my deck were very reasonable. Will certainly return for any future Hi-Fi needs.
