Terrible service. Handed in a nintendo switch last March at the shop in Leslie just before lockdown. Over the last year have emailed, tried phoning without response plus texting. Silence is golden. Have no idea where my property is or what condition it is in. Went past the shop and has never opened. No notices on website nor facebook.

This man has had a ps4 for over a year still not getting back to me the minute a see the shutter up am going to pick up my goods boys a joke will not pick up calls from me at all
Fixed\ our TV. Gave it back with another issue. Gave back to him and is still yet to fix the new issue he created. Months of phoning, texting and going to the shop but TV is still sitting unassembled. Ridiculous business. Excuse after excuse. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Very unreliable, do not go to this guy. He had my sons ps4 controllers for 2 weeks and didn’t fix them kept making up excuses then wouldn’t return my calls. I went down to the shop 2 weeks later and asked why he hadn’t returned my calls? He said he lost his phone and that is why he couldn’t return his calls. He said he had the parts to fix my sons controllers and would have them fixed for the next day. I went back the next day and he hadn’t fixed them no surprise there he had no intention of. I informed him that was two wasted journeys and his reply was “I am very busy,” I said “well you shouldn’t take on work if you can’t finish it.” I asked for my belongings back and left his shop I was furious such a time waster. Do not go near this guy Stuart’s shop.
